CadencePrivacy policy
In short
The app does not request the internet permission, has no accounts, ads or analytics and sends no data to the developer or to anyone else. Everything you create in it stays on your phone.
Microphone
Used only to detect the start beep, shots, racks and dry-fire trigger clicks. Audio is processed on the phone in real time and never recorded. Only results are stored: event times and numeric sound “fingerprints” for calibration.
Camera
Only in laser training, if you use it. The image is analysed on the phone. A picture of the target at each hit is stored in the app's private storage on the phone and never sent anywhere. Deleting a string or a training session deletes its pictures too.
What the app stores on the phone
- guns (name, type, calibre, notes – no serial number), calibrations and ammunition records,
- training sessions, strings and times, custom drills and hits on the target,
- settings and the number of trial training days used.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes everything.
Full version purchase
Payments and promo codes are processed by Google Play under Google's privacy policy. The developer receives no payment or contact details. The app only asks Google Play whether the full version has been purchased and remembers the result on the phone.
Backups and export
If Android backup is enabled on your phone, the system may back up the app's data (without camera pictures) to your Google account according to Google's settings. A file export is created only by you and saved where you choose. The developer has no access to backups or exports.
This website
The website uses no cookies or visitor analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Your browser only remembers the light or dark mode you chose (localStorage), on your device only.
The web server automatically logs technical data for every visit: IP address, time, page address and browser type. This keeps the site running and secure (legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept by the hosting provider Websupport for the period set by the provider.
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete the message when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 18.
